My buddies and I were really happy with the service when we visited the Cathay Pacific Kuwait Office. We wanted to fix the issue before we left because we were experiencing some trouble with our return flights. After listening intently, the office personnel quickly resolved the issue. They were really polite and gave us straightforward explanations. The office had a pleasant atmosphere, cozy chairs, and was spotless. At the workplace, we were at ease and ready to go. We have never been to an airline office as good as this one.
