Before our Europe journey, I went to the Lufthansa Airlines London Office with a group of pals. We needed to confirm our luggage allowances and had many queries about travel regulations. The receptionist was really kind and patient in explaining everything. She even gave us tips on how to board and travel more easily. We were pleasantly surprised by the service. It was nice to be able to talk to real people instead of just using the internet. If you are worried, I would suggest that you visit the office. Customers are genuinely important to them.
