My companion and I were pleased by the welcoming and polite staff when we visited the Cathay Pacific Zurich Office in Switzerland. They patiently addressed all of the queries we had about our plans to travel beyond the country. We felt comfortable in the office because it was clean and modern. We were glad to visit in person since it helped us avoid uncertainty and wasted time. We were able to better prepare for our vacation thanks to their assistance. With a smile on our faces and our concerns all gone, we exited the office.
