Hello! As we had previously checked in online, we proceeded directly to the United Airlines HND Terminal baggage drop. The self-service machines were extremely easy to use, and we were able to print off our bag tags and boarding passes in minutes. Flying for an extended trip meant we had a couple of oversize bags, but the United staff were friendly and helpful, processing everything correctly without any issues. The entire check-in process took no more than 15 minutes, which was a huge relief, especially with kids. It was one of the smoothest airport experiences we’ve had—quick, easy, and stress-free!
