Hello!  My family and I just went to the United Airlines Osaka Office in Japan and it was wonderful. The people were extremely nice and helpful, assisting us with our flight modifications and baggage concerns. My parents had some issues with seat choices, and the staff went out of their way to assist us in choosing the best seats. The office was tidy, and we did not have to wait long. It was a pleasure to get such professional and respectful service. If you are in Japan and require airline services, the United Airlines is certainly a great place to go!
