The stage is all set for the release two biggest movies of the year- Sam Bahadur and Animal. While the advance booking numbers say that Animal will surpass Sam Bahadur in terms of earnings, the Meghna Gulzar-directorial movie is expected to be a dark horse and perform moderately at the box office. Although the movie will be released on December 1, Bollywood actor Abhishek Bachchan shared Sam Bahadur Review and lauded the makers as well as actors of the movie, especially Vicky Kaushal. 

Abhishek Bachchan on Wednesday attended the special screening of Sam Bahadur. Giving Sam Bahadur review, Abhishek Bachchan wrote, "Saw #SamBahadur last night. The enormity of all that #FieldMarshalSamManekshaw did and achieved is overwhelming! And so beautifully told on celluloid by my favourite @meghnagulzar. It’s a huge responsibility to portray one of India’s greatest sons and she does it wonderfully. To the entire cast and crew, you should be very proud and thank you for telling this story. @fattysanashaikh @sanyamalhotra07.

Sam Bahadur is a true story based on the life of Field Marshal Sam Manekshaw, the Chief of the Army Staff of the Indian Army during the Indo-Pakistani War of 1971, and the first Indian Army officer to be promoted to the rank of Field Marshal. The movie is helmed by Meghna Gulzar.
