Hello, The employees at the Air Algerie Sales Office in Montreal were nice and understanding when my mother went there for assistance with her ticket. Clear explanations of the luggage, cancellation, and ticket change policies were provided. She did, however, have to wait a long time, which made the process annoying. Additionally, she thought the cancellation fees were rather hefty, making adjustments expensive. In spite of this, the staff was supportive and her problem was ultimately fixed.
