They assisted us in changing our tickets without adding to our stress because they understood our issue. They simplified and eased the process. I appreciated how well they explained things. The office was well-organized and peaceful. The visit made us feel completely at ease. Knowing that Etihad has such a helpful personnel is incredibly pleasant.
