I had one of the greatest customer service experiences at the Etihad Airways Muscat Office. I went there to inquire about flight changes and baggage allowance. The woman behind the counter was really kind and gave a thorough explanation of everything. She even gave me a printed copy of the most recent flight schedule. There was a serene, friendly vibe throughout the entire site. It's wonderful to see airline offices that place a high value on customer service. I was content and joyful when I left the office.
