I was walked through the full booking procedure by one of the agents. She even offered me advice on how to find better airfare. They obviously care more about helping others than they do about their jobs. Everything was managed with professionalism and friendliness. I'm happy I visited. My friends and family should come to this office if they require airline assistance, I'll be informing them.
