My concerns were sorted out promptly, and I felt heard throughout the process. The office was clean, up-to-date, and well-organized, making it a comfortable place. It's a relief to get such top-class support face-to-face. All was done with care and professionalism. Wizz Air has clearly raised the bar with its Lisbon staff.
