It was a pleasure to visit the Singapore Airlines Manila Office. The staff was efficient, courteous, and helpful, and the service was excellent. They went into great detail to answer all of my queries about my KrisFlyer miles and my next flight. The visit was made even more enjoyable by the office's serene and friendly atmosphere. Seeing such committed customer service is nice, particularly in a bustling metropolis. Before I left, they made sure I was totally satisfied and handled everything with a grin.
