They made the time to make me satisfied with all details of my flight reservation. The office was bright, clean, and cozy, and they left me with a good first impression. I even observed their time management of other visitors, which testified to their efficiency. JetBlue's Berlin staff most definitely knows the way to make people feel welcomed and well taken care of.
