Hello! My favorite thing about the United Airlines ORD Terminal is how convenient it is to get around. Everything has nice, clear signs, and the design is really logical. Terminal 1 is separated into Concourses B and C, and the gates are simple to locate from either. With a family in tow, this made such a big difference. Not having to dash around searching for gates or lose your way in a labyrinth of corridors really did make the experience hassle-free. It's little things like this that can actually make or break an airport experience, and this terminal certainly gets it right.
