Departing from the Philippine Airlines terminal at ATL (Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport) turned out to be a surprisingly smooth and enjoyable experience. From check-in to boarding, the team was friendly, supportive, and efficient—elements that immediately made the entire experience feel more relaxed. The Philippine Airlines ATL Terminal was tidy, well-illuminated, and simple to navigate, featuring numerous seating areas and a good variety of nearby food choices while waiting for the flight. The security queues progressed swiftly, and the airline representatives were observant, even engaging with travelers at the gate. Upon boarding, the crew maintained their trademark Filipino hospitality, ensuring that each person felt at ease and properly attended to. Although ATL is a bustling airport, my experience with Philippine Airlines felt more tailored and structured than I anticipated. It was an excellent beginning to the trip, and I would gladly fly with them again from this terminal. Absolutely a great option for global trips.
