Hi, The most hospitable aspect of my experience at Spirit Airlines ORD Terminal was the customer service. The Spirit staff at boarding and check-in were polite and helpful to travelers, especially those unfamiliar with the airline's baggage fees. I did have a small issue with the size of my carry-on bag, and an agent went over my options nicely without having to cause undue inconvenience. Security lines moved relatively slowly, and gate agents informed passengers. Spirit is a low-cost airline, but I appreciated the helpful employees at ORD to make the experience more enjoyable. If you ready ahead of time, the process is fairly tolerable.
