Robert Topala created the rhythm-based platformer game Geometry Dash and published RobTop Games. Players of the notoriously difficult game control a square-shaped icon and negotiate several levels loaded with obstacles by jumping and avoiding traps. Completing every level without falling is the aim; timing jumps exactly to the beat of the music.
Characteristics of Games
Geometry Dash presents a series of official levels ranging in difficulty from "Easy" to "Demon," each accompanied by a distinct music track matching the beat.
Level editors in the game let players design and distribute their own unique custom levels. This has produced a vast community of player-made levels, therefore augmenting the replayability of the game.
Completing challenges, accomplishments, or gathering secret coins will unlock various symbols, colours, and effects allowing players to personalise their character.
Apart from the main game, Geometry Dash features practice mode whereby users may set checkpoints to practice challenging areas of a level.

Guideline for Gameplay
Before trying challenging levels in normal mode, familiarise yourself with them using practice mode.
Each jump is synchronised with the music, hence maintaining rhythm is essential to go through more difficult parts.
Choose a character colour scheme that contrasts clearly with the background to help you to better monitor your motions.
Geometry Dash's precision makes it frustrating, thus take pauses if you find yourself stuck!
