Hello! The excellent terminal experience made my most recent travel from Singapore Airlines HNL Terminal go without a hitch. Everyone was escorted by polite staff, and check-in was quick and easy. The terminal provided a calm environment and was clean and quiet. There are just enough stores and food vendors to get a bite to eat or a drink. Everything was proceeding according to schedule, and there were plenty of seats at the gate. The boarding procedure was well-organized and controlled. I liked how well-organized and clean everything was. Although it's not the most ostentatious terminal, it's dependable and cozy. I'd gladly fly through here once more!
